AvenTab is operated by Fointac Media LLC aka AvenTab, located in Irving, Texas. You can contact us through the contact form.

Business use

AvenTab is for restaurants, bars, cafés and similar businesses to manage guest tabs, orders, bills and reports. Use it lawfully and only for your own business. Don’t try to access another restaurant’s workspace, interfere with the service, or use it to store information you aren’t allowed to keep.

Accounts and teams

• Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think your account has been misused.
• Owners are responsible for who they invite, the roles they assign and the information their team enters.
• Each subscription covers one physical restaurant location.

The restaurant plan

Once platform billing is enabled, the restaurant plan costs $49 USD per month per physical location, billed monthly through Stripe, and can be managed or canceled from your subscription page. Until billing is enabled, no subscription can be purchased and nothing is charged. The workspace is available while the subscription is active.

Renewal, cancellation and refunds

When billing is enabled, subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancel from your subscription page before your next monthly renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops renewal; access continues through the end of your paid subscription period.

Subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or prorated usage refunds for partial months, unused time or cancellation during a paid period, except where required by applicable law. This policy concerns the AvenTab platform subscription, not payments guests make to restaurants.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Guest payments

AvenTab isn’t a payment processor. Guests pay your restaurant directly through the methods you choose, and your restaurant is responsible for confirming payments, refunds to guests, taxes and the fees and terms of your own payment providers.

Your records

Your restaurant’s information stays associated with your workspace. Paid receipts are kept unchanged so your records stay reliable. You can export paid bills as CSV from Reports.

AI drafts

AI-drafted invitation messages are suggestions. Review and edit them before sharing.
