Staff roles

Invitations
Create a private invitation link bound to a team member’s email. Optionally draft a friendly invitation message with AI, review it, then share it yourself.

Guest payment choices
Guests pay your restaurant directly. AvenTab never collects card numbers and never takes a share of guest payments.
Methods you choose
Turn on Cash, Credit card (through your own card processor’s payment link), Cash App and Zelle in Settings. Only the methods you set up are shown on the bill.
Confirmed by your staff
Opening a payment link never marks a bill paid. Staff record the payment after they have verified it was received, and only then is the receipt closed.
